Project and Event Proposals
Museum Hill Neighborhood Association can accept project and event proposals from members and non-members which are aligned with the MHNA goals. The two form of proposals:
1. Project proposals can be aligned with neighborhood beautification. Potential projects can be, but not limited to; cleaning of a specific property, preservation or restoration of a Museum Hill property, the raising of MHNA funds, increase security. A project proposal will have a proposed budget, needed personnel, and may have proposal for raising funds associated to cover cost.
2. Event proposals bring the Museum Hill community together and market our organization in St Joseph, MO. Potential Event proposals can be, but not limited to; celebration event, fund raising, festival, holiday event, or community organize event. An event proposal will have a proposed budget, needed personnel, and may have proposal for raising funds associated to cover cost.
The last Thursday of each month the MHNA Board meets and the proposal can be presented to the board members. The board will either accept the proposal, deny the proposal, or present the proposal to the MHNA open member meeting which meets the first Thursday of each month.
